A message dated July 8, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

      "An Act relating to the authority of the Regulatory Commission of                                                         
      Alaska to regulate the production and distribution of telephone
